4★PyroBowOff-field Damage

TL;DR

Amber throws a bunny that pulls enemy attention then explodes. Her Burst rains Pyro arrows on an area for a couple of seconds. Both are cheap and both finish without her standing there, so it's Skill, Burst, swap.

Rotation

  1. Hold Skill (E) to aim, then throw the bunny into the group.
  2. Burst (Q) for the arrow shower.
  3. Swap off. The bunny keeps taunting and goes off on its own timer.
  4. Come back for the next Burst in 12 seconds.

Abilities

Skill (E) 15 second cooldown. Throws the bunny, which draws enemy fire until it's destroyed or its timer runs out. Either way it explodes for area Pyro damage. Its health scales off Amber's Max HP. Hold to aim the throw further out.
Burst (Q) 40 Energy, back in 12 seconds. Two seconds of arrows falling on an area for Pyro damage. The talent that comes with it widens the area by 30% and adds 10% Crit Rate to it.
Charged Attack A fully charged aimed shot deals Pyro damage. Hitting a weak point gives her 15% Attack for 10 seconds.

What actually matters

  • The Burst is the reason she's here. 40 Energy on a 12 second cooldown lands every rotation with barely any Energy Recharge behind it.
  • The bunny is a distraction with an explosion attached. It pulls attacks off your team while it stands there, which is most of what it's for.
  • Her Pyro comes in short bursts. The arrow shower applies it across its 2 seconds. The bunny applies it once, when it blows up.

Gear

Weapon Attack and Crit. Prototype Crescent is craftable and hands her 36% Attack for 10 seconds when an aimed shot hits a weak point, which is the same thing her own passive rewards.
Artifacts 4-piece Crimson Witch of Flames. Pyro damage on the 2-piece, then more of it each time she reacts.
Sands Goblet Circlet Substats
ATK Pyro DMG Crit Crit / ATK

Works well with

HydroElectro

Hydro on the enemy makes the arrow shower Vaporize for 50% more damage. Electro sets off Overloaded across the whole patch it covers.

Don't bother

  • Long Normal Attack strings. Five slow arrows is not where anything happens.
  • Waiting for the bunny to explode. It does that without you.
  • Physical builds. Both her buttons are Pyro.
